Yes. The all-in-one design of the Wearable Breast Pump makes it so you can pump while you breastfeed your baby because there are no external cords, tubes, or dangling bottles to get in the way.

Absolutely! The Wearable Breast Pump lets you move how you want to while you pump. The Wearable Breast Pump tucks into your bra so you can pump while you walk, multi-task, lean back, or relax. This makes everyday things like making breakfast or playing with your toddler totally doable. What you do while you pump is finally up to you.

You sure can. The Wearable Breast Pump has different suction levels, our pumps have   different suction levels so you can easily adjust the suction to your own milk flow and pumping needs.

Some breast pump accessories do need replacing regularly to maintain performance. If you notice that your pump seems to have lost suction, the first thing you should do is take a look at your parts, particularly the valves, and inspect for wear, fraying, or stretching and replace if needed.

  1. Silicone accessories are recommended to replace your parts every 1-3 months;
  2. Other accessories are recommended to be replaced according to usage

Momcozy  provides a breast pump flange size chart for you. You can find the correct size through the chart.

First of all, check whether the sitting posture is correct. The correct sucking posture is to sit sucking, lean forward 45 degrees, and keep the container upright after sucking. In addition, parts are also recommended to be replaced within 1 to 2 months.

Here’s how to troubleshoot Momcozy’s leak problems:

(1) Leaking from silicone:

If the leak is coming from the edge of the silicone, your silicone might not be snapped in all the way. It’s also possible that your silicone is faulty or warped. **PLEASE NOTE** heat sterilizing or placing Momcozy washable parts in the dishwasher or microwave oven are not recommended.

(2) Leaking from motor or collection cup:

If the leak is coming from between the motor and collection cup, it’s possible that the collection cup and/or motor aren’t fully secured. Another possibility is that the collection cup is cracked and the pressure from the suction is overflowing through the crack.

The solution, keep the correct posture, and then stick it with tape

(3) Leaking from the milk pour hole:

If the leak is coming from the pour hole, make sure the silicone shield notch and the collection cup notch are aligned when snapping the pieces together. If the holes aren’t aligned, leaking is likely through the hole(s).

(4) Leaking from flange hole:

If the leak is coming from the flange hole, it could be caused by leaning back too far. It’s also possible that your duckbill needs to be replaced if the slit is opened and allowing milk to travel back up, and into the flange during strong movements.

Other tips:

  • take out the pump: Tilt it forward 45 degrees and take it out. If it is a nursing bra, it is best to untie the detachable clip. When there is enough space to take it out, it will not touch the silicone flange.
  • pour milk: flange entrance upward

Here are some of the solutions they provide, please check:

Step 1: If you are experiencing low suction, first check the valves and membranes: Separate the membranes from the valves. Inspect the valves and membranes for damage, including cracks, chips, holes, or tears, and make sure the pieces fit snugly and lie flat. If a part is damaged, discontinue use and purchase a replacement.

Please reassemble after checking

Step 2. Please check whether the flange size is appropriate. Not getting any milk when pumping is very often a sign of bad shield fit or positioning.

Step 3. please try to adjust the models and suction levels. and before milking, warm the breast with a hot towel, massage to stimulate the areola, so that the breast is completely unblocked.

About this problem, The first step is to check whether the flange size is appropriate. If the flange is too large or too small, it will cause pain.

And then please try to adjust the models and suction levels. and before milking, warm the breast with a hot towel, massage to stimulate the areola, so that the breast is completely unblocked.

When the motor is running, it is unavoidable that noise will be generated, which is normal.

Here’s how to troubleshoot Momcozy’s squeak problems:

(1) Keep dry before use

(2) The accessories are not damaged

(3) Please make sure that all accessories are installed correctly

(4) Ensure that there is no gap between the breast pump and the breast (it is best to wear suitable nursing bra and adjust the size)

However, if your pump is still making noise, please contact us so that one of our team can solve the problem for you.

Sizing

Determine the diameter of your nipple. The standard flange size is often 24 mm, but you may need to select smaller or larger flanges based on your measurement.

Compare the diameter of your nipple to the available options.

Your body’s shape and size can change rapidly during pregnancy and nursing. Each Momcozy product features a size chart to help you get the right fit, and our How to Size Guide Page is also a great resource. For bras, we highly recommend measuring your underbust and bust before ordering.

There are several things to look for in determining a good fit:

-The bottom band should sit straight across the back. If the band rides up, check that the straps are a proper length. If the straps are fine, tighten the band or try a smaller band size.

-The bottom band should be snug, but comfortable. You should be able to run two fingers underneath the band. If you can fit more than two fingers, tighten the band or try a smaller band size.

-There should be no puckering in the cups. If there is extra fabric around the cups, try a cup size smaller.

-The breasts should not spill out of the cups or the sides. If the cups cut into the breasts, bulge at the top of the cups or spill at the sides, try a larger cup size.

-The shoulder straps should sit comfortably at the shoulder. Straps should be slipping off, nor digging into the shoulder.

It’s likely that your band size will decrease after delivery to closer to what you were pre-pregnancy. At the same time, your cup size will likely increase one to two cup sizes once your milk comes in. Your breasts will continue to fluctuate in size as they alternate between filling up with milk and breastfeeding. Our bras-sized (small, medium, large, etc.) are designed to stretch to accommodate these fluctuations in your breasts.

Absolutely! You should size yourself for a new bra when you’re pregnant, especially if you’re in any discomfort. Your body goes through a lot of changes when you’re pregnant and eventually, you’ll outgrow your regular bras. Our bras-sized (small, medium, large, etc.) are designed to stretch to accommodate the breast, rib, and belly growth during pregnancy.
